Pilates MC was founded in 2011, in the South of France, Monaco. The studio is situated in the heart of Monte Carlo.

Pilates MC instructors are qualified BASI instructors. BASI stands for body arts and science, the mission of BASI pilates is to create and maintain professional standards for the teaching of the Pilates Method and to preserve and perpetuate the gift of Pilates by educating teachers to the highest caliber.

At Pilates MC we have designed our programs to apply to a neutral spine and safe spine practice. In addition we include current functional movement to our Pilates instruction and seek extensive training and research to ensure the highest quality of instruction for our clients.
